1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website dadagrealstate.com, the DADA-G Real Estate mobile application, or any services provided by DADA-G EMPIRE PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be an Indian resident or legally permitted to transact in India.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Your account is protected by a 6-digit referral token provided by the admin.
• You must not share your password or referral token with anyone.
• All activities under your account are your responsibility.

4. Property Booking

4.1 Booking Process

• Plots and sub-plots can be booked through our website, mobile app, or via a verified agent.
• Booking becomes confirmed only after payment and admin approval.
• Plot availability is subject to real-time status.

4.2 Payment Types

• Full Payment: 100% of the plot price paid upfront.
• Token Money: Partial advance payment, balance due within the specified deadline.
• EMI: Down payment + monthly installments as per the agreed schedule.
• Cash Payment: Physical cash accepted only by verified agents and requires admin approval.

4.3 Token Money

• Token amount must be less than the total plot price.
• The customer must complete the balance payment within the deadline (usually 7-15 days).
• If the deadline is crossed without payment, the booking may be cancelled at the admin's discretion.
• Refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation refunds.

4.4 EMI Terms

• EMI is available only on plots/sub-plots where the admin has enabled it.
• Interest rates and EMI months are fixed at the time of booking.
• Missed EMIs may attract late fees (as configured by admin).
• EMIs must be paid in order — you cannot pay a later EMI without paying the previous one.

5. Payment Gateway

Online payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. All payments are subject to Cashfree's terms and our Refund Policy. We are not responsible for any technical failures at the gateway or your bank's end.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before making any booking.

7. Property Information

• All plot descriptions, images, prices, and layouts are for reference only.
• Actual plot dimensions, location, and appearance may vary slightly.
• Final legal documentation at registration is the authoritative record.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using our platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Providing false information or impersonating another person
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the website/app
• Using the service to launder money or violate any Indian law

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and mobile app — including text, images, logos, code, and design — is the property of DADA-G EMPIRE PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DADA-G EMPIRE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
