Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, token money payments, and EMI transactions made on the DADA-G Real Estate platform, owned and operated by DADA-G EMPIRE PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Cancellation by Customer

• Token Money: If a customer cancels a booking made via token money before the deadline, the token amount may be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee (as decided by management).
• Full Payment: If a full payment is made and the customer cancels, refunds will be processed only as per the management's discretion and after deducting applicable charges.
• EMI Bookings: Down payments are generally non-refundable. EMI payments made will be subject to cancellation charges.

3. Cancellation by DADA-G Real Estate

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if:

• Payment is found to be fraudulent.
• The plot is unavailable due to legal or government issues.
• The customer fails to complete the payment within the stipulated time.

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment (Bank Account / UPI / Card) via Cashfree Payments.
• Refunds will take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
• No cash refunds will be provided; all refunds are processed digitally.
