How we deliver our services and documentation.
DADA-G EMPIRE PRIVATE LIMITED (brand: DADA-G Real Estate) provides real estate services — including land and plot bookings, EMI plans, and property documentation. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Since our services relate to land, plots, and sub-plots — which are immovable properties — there is no physical shipping or courier delivery involved. The "delivery" of our services is done through the following digital and in-person channels:
Property documents (agreement copies, receipts, payment proofs) are provided by hand at the admin office or via registered post / courier at the customer's request. Delivery of physical documents is at the customer's own risk and cost if couriered.
Physical possession of the plot / land is handed over after:
Booking Confirmation: Within 24 hours of payment
Digital Receipts: Instant (in app)
EMI Schedule: Instant (in app)
Physical Documents (if requested): 7-14 business days
Property Possession: As per agreement terms
Our services are available across India. Property plots are located in various states, primarily in Madhya Pradesh. Physical document delivery is available across India via registered post / courier.
If a courier delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will attempt re-delivery. Additional courier charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
